1. Establish the offer and identify valuable keywords
The first step before we got started with approaching the advertising campaign is taking the time to understand the process of basement finishing the company to attract the best leads possible. For this campaign we realized we had to attract people with an unfinished basement who are looking to finish their basement on time and within budget.
2. Launch landing page and marketing funnel
From fall 2022 to winter 2023, we ran an advertising campaign with a landing page, high-resolution photos & videography to attract the leads through Google, Instagram, and Facebook. This allowed the company to increase the demand for its services while people booked time to receive a quote online or through follow-ups.
3. Test & improve campaign
Once we had the campaign running for some time, we test different keywords, ad creatives, and messages to educate leads on the process of basement finishing while lowering the lead cost for the company.
